In February 2015 we were approached by the owner of NBS Group to suggest an IT solution which would basically enable various remote sites to work together in respect of accessing company files such as spreadsheets and documents.
The current system was not working for them, by their own admission it had be grown and patched together since the company started with what IT knowledge was known by staff members over the years. They now felt it was time to implement a better, future proof solution hopefully without a big investment. Immediately we recognised the potential of a remote desktop enviroment over traditional on-premise solutions involving the purchase of hardware and software licencing.
After careful planning and consultation the new system was phased in and worked really well from the off. They can now access anything from anywhere.
